Matt Howland is a graduate from Calvary Bible College in Kansas City with a double major in "Bible" and "Organizational Leadership.” As Founder of H3 Capital, LLC and the H3 group of affiliated companies, he oversees and manages real estate investment projects, including commercial and residential construction, acquisitions, property management, property rehabilitation and flips.
In addition to his involvement in H3 Capital, Matt has started successful companies involved in retail and information technology consulting which designed and managed computer systems for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies throughout the United States. Ironically, Matt didn't even own a computer or know how to use one when he started his computer consulting company in the early 1990s. Matt is a visionary who gives glory to God for the entrepreneurial and business skills with which he has been gifted. He has successfully trained business owners, leaders, managers and employees his Christian business principles.
Matt Howland is a descendant of John Howland, who came to the United States from England on the Mayflower. John Howland, a Christian, later became a key leader in the colony and was placed in a very key business position in charge of the trading post in Maine. This position was crucial in the assignment of furs from the Indians, and went a long way in repaying the debt of the Pilgrims to those who had financed the journey to the New World.

Dawn Pfau is a professional Commercial Real Estate Broker bringing to the customer nearly a decade of experience in all facets of residential and commercial real estate including sales, leasing, development, tenant representation, landlord representation and property management. Prior to H3 Capital, Dawn was a Broker for a local commercial real estate company where she established lasting relationships built on the cornerstone of trust and commitment. Dawn is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of ethical standards while helping her clients reach their goals.
Prior to that, Dawn worked on the East Coast for The Bozzuto Group where she leased and managed $27.5 million in real estate assets. Earlier in her career, Dawn was a Property Manager for Trammel Crow Residential where she acted as a liaison between construction consultants, upper management, owners and residents during the development, building and lease up of a 740 unit luxury apartment community.
Dawn holds a Brokers License and currently resides in O'Fallon with her daughter Kelsi.

Amanda is an Illinois-licensed realtor. She has four years of relocation experience, including military family housing, leasing of residential and multi-family properties and residential sales. At H3 Capital, Amanda specializes in single family residential real estate. She has a thorough knowledge of the communities located in St. Clair County, Ill., possessing extensive experience with buyer/seller counseling, local zoning/municipalities, lender prequalification, inspections, market analysis and contract negotiations.
Prior to joining H3 Capital, Amanda worked as a Real Estate Sales/Property Manager Agent with Strano and Associates Real Estate in Belleville, Ill. She is a Member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Shawn Howland is a licensed realtor in Illinois, specializing in residential, multi-family sales and property management. Shawn comes to H3 with over 20 years of property management experience for major management companies including AMLI Residential, Resource Residential, and Balcor Property Management, a dissolved American Express management group. During her tenure with ALMI she was instrumental in preparing a 424 unit community for sale including investor tours and due diligence. Upon the sale of the community, Shawn was property manager for a lease-up community and responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plan and reached the desired goals to a successful lease up.
Shawn has received numerous awards from AAKC (Apartment Association of Kansas City) and from previous companies including Property Manager of the year, Property of the Year, Best Marketing Plan, Best Models and many more. She also previously held a real estate license in state of Kansas and Missouri.
